We process workforce data you provide — names, employment details, attendance, leave, payroll and documents — to deliver Depar HR.
2. Lawful basis
We process data under contract performance and legitimate interests to operate the platform for your organization.
3. Data retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward for legal and accounting obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with sub-processors necessary to operate the service, under appropriate agreements.
